We aim to go past the cook book and look at the components and ingredients that make up some of our resident pastry chefs delicious desserts. This is to better understand the function and the balances that are going on in each of the dishes.

On this cookery class you will learn how to make and plate up fantastic restaurant standard desserts from our experienced pastry chef. Learn some of the tricks of the trade, as well some great recipes that you can make at home for family or for dinner parties over and over again.
